As confident as we are in our gear, we understand that not everything is for everyone. If you feel like our product are not for you, then the first thing you'll need to do is send an e-mail within 7 days after receiving the products to support@smsl.shop and inform us that you'd like to return your purchase. Please be sure to include the reason why. It's very important that you pack the product exactly like you received them in the original shipping box.

We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and cannot check emails during that time. However, this does not affect your return period. The return period starts from the date the tracking number shows delivery, and you have 7 calendar days (which is 168 hours) to notify us via email if you wish to return the item.


Shortly afterwards, somebody from SMSL will respond to your request. and inform you of an address to send the product to.

Wait for the product to land at a SMSL approved destination. This process typically takes anywhere between 15-30 business days. It hinges entirely on where the product is coming from.

Once the product arrives, we'll inspect the product to make sure that it arrived with all the original materials and is in like-new condition.

Provided everything looks good, and it almost always does, then will reach back out and let you know that the product has been received and that the refund is being processed. In our experience, it usually takes anywhere from 7 to 10 days for the money to return to your account. The return fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Return fee is per package shipped.

Return Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. While we will initially bear this expense, the cost will be deducted from the product's price when issuing your refund.

If you have been charged import taxes on your delivered products, you are responsible for claiming a refund from the given carrier that charged you (DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS).

You are responsible for sending the product back and pay the costs associated with it if you wish to return within the 7 days.

In case of falling below the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.

STATUS OF DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that he will pay interest and be liable to the bank within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the bank in case of default in the case of making the payment transactions with a credit card. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; may claim the costs and attorney's fees to arise from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to its debt, the BUYER accepts that he will pay the damage and loss suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AND LIABILITY
Upon dispatch of your parcel, if the delivery options offered by the courier company include "delivery by leaving at the door" (or any such option that might result in the package being left at the door without a signature), it implies that the customer assumes responsibility for any and all loss or damage that might occur to the package after it has been left at the door. Any customer who consciously chooses this option accepts that our company will not be able to offer any reimbursement or compensation for potential loss or damage to their package.
