Due to friction between the cover and the speaker's matte surface during transit, permanent light marks have formed on the cabinet.Note: This cosmetic issue applies to all white speakers in this batch and does NOT affect sound quality or acoustic performance. (See reference photo below).
No-Exceptions Speaker Return Policy
1. Sound Quality Preferences
No refunds based on personal sound preference (e.g., "bass too weak"). We guarantee technical and functional performance only.
2. Minor Cosmetic Issues
No refunds for minor surface scuffs or light shipping marks that do not impair function.
3. User-Related Damage
Drops, liquid spills, modifications, or unauthorized repairs automatically void warranty and return eligibility.
