Issue Details: Each white speaker is equipped with a magnetic dust cover. Unfortunately, friction between the cover and the speaker’s surface has caused permanent marks that cannot be removed. These marks appear on all white speakers in this batch (see attached photo for reference).

2. No Refunds for Minor Cosmetic Issues  
   • Light scratches/scuffs from shipping are normal. 

3. No Refunds for User-Related Damage  
   • Drops, spills, mods, or repairs void the warranty.  

Valid Returns Only If:

✅ Physically damaged (photo proof within 24h of delivery)
