By placing an order for this customized high-fidelity audio rack, you irrevocably acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following restrictive terms:

• Strictly No Order Cancellation: Once payment is confirmed, the order is instantly pushed into our automated custom-machining queue. Absolutely no cancellations, order modifications, or delivery address changes can be made.
• Exclusion of Microscopic Scratches / Hairlines: These audiophile shelves are engineered from heavy solid-alloy panels and undergo complex CNC precision milling and high-temperature metallic anodizing baths. Due to the raw industrial nature of these solid-metal processes, microscopic surface hairlines, tiny oxidation dots, or minor color variations under specific lighting are unavoidable normal characteristics. These do not affect acoustic damping performance, are not structural defects, and strictly DO NOT qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• No Unconditional Returns: To protect our logistics pipeline, this specialized heavy accessory is completely ineligible for "change of mind" or dynamic aesthetic mismatch returns. Standard return policies are fully overridden.
• No Repair Services: S.M.S.L does not provide post-purchase physical repair or resurfacing services for these solid structural racks.

*Your statutory legal rights regarding verified structural shipping damage or delivery faults remain completely unaffected. Damage must be reported with unboxing proof within 48 hours.

🔍 Surface Tolerance & Compensation Policy

We strive to ensure every product's surface is flawlessly perfect. However, due to the industrial machining process, customers must accept the following tolerance standards before purchasing:

* Example: The scratch in this image is under 2cm.

• Per Face Limit: No more than 3 scratches per surface.
• Length Limit: Each scratch must be ≤ 2cm (only identifiable under careful backlight inspection).
• Total Rack Limit: Maximum of 5 scratches across the entire bracket.
• Cumulative Length: The combined total length of all black/dark scratches must be ≤ 10cm.
  *Note: Gray or light-gray marks do not count towards this length.

💡 Out-of-Tolerance Compensation (Excess Only)

If the product exceeds the acceptable tolerance standards above, compensation applies strictly to the EXCESS portion (the initial 2cm/2-scratch allowance is fully exempt). The maximum compensation will not exceed 15% of your order payment.

Calculation: 0.15% per 1mm of EXCESS length

* Example: If you find a 3cm (30mm) scratch, the first 2cm (20mm) is within our declared tolerance (0% refund). You will be compensated for the 1cm (10mm) excess portion: 10mm × 0.15% = 1.5% refund.
